Vegan sushi

You will need:

  • Sushi rice
  • Nori sheets
  • Spring onions
  • Cucumber
  • Boiled carrot
  • Chia seeds
  • Avocado
  • Salmon
  • Sesame seeds (for ones where we do not use Nori)
  • Soy sauce for dipping

How to make:

Boil the rice according to the instruction on the packaging, put Nori sheet on the bamboo mat, and scatter the rice. Put what you want as a filling and roll. Make the end of the Nori a little bit wet to make it stick. Cut when into sizes of your choice, sprinkle some chia seeds and enjoy with soy sauce.
