Sprouted buckwheat bread

Flovorful, soft, moist, sweet, but not too much. Warm or cold, for breakfast or dessert, easy to make and what is the most important, this bread is sinless!

You will need:
•    2 eggs
•    200 ml kefir
•    2 tablespoons of coconut oil
•    Tablespoon of honey
•    Tablespoon of sugar
•    A glass of whole wheat flour
•    Half of a glass of dried sprouted buckwheat Tundra
•    A handfull of nuts
•    3-4 bananas (4 smaller or 3 bigger)
•    Baking powder or baking soda

Put the eggs into the bowl and mix it well. Then peel the bananas (the more ripened the better),break them into big pieces and put them into the egg mixture, then, beat everything with a mixer. Now pour kefir, two tablespoons of melted coconut oil, and a tablespoon of melted honey. Carefully mix everything. Those who have a sweet tooth can put a tablespoon of sugar and those who eat healthier can exclude this step.

In another bowl mix the dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, buckwheat, baking powder. Dry ingredients then go into the wet ingredients and everything is mexed well.

Pour the mixture into the baking pan. If the pan is not made out of silicone, put baking paper inside. Scatter more buckwheat and nuts on top. Bake for 40min. in the 180 degree preheated oven. Eat warm with ice-cream or cold.
