Healthy plum cakes

You will need:

  • A few plums
  • Sprouted dried buckwheat
  • 1/2 banana
  • 50ml. of coconut oil
  • 25ml. of cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • Tablespoon of coconut flakes
  • A few grapes

How to make:

Making the cream: melt coconut oil in the pot, put honey, mix, put cocoa, and once again mix well. Put in the fridge to thicken. When the cream thickens, put banana and blend with a blender untill smooth. Cut plums in half and spread the chocolate cream, sprinkle sprouted dried buckwheat, coconut flakes, finally put a grape in the middle.
