Healthy plums cake with Himalayan salt

You will need:

  • 10 plums
  • 160g of brown flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
  • Half a glass of brown sugar
  • 115g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

How to make:

Beat butter and sugar untill smooth. Crack in the eggs and beat well. Sieve the flour into a separate bowl and mix them with cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Then put flour mixture in the butter, egg mixture. Line the baking tray with baking paper and pour in the final mixture. Wash the plums, cut in half, take out the pit, drizzle with lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon, and put on the cake. Then bake the cake for 45min. in 180 degree preheated oven.
