Green smoothie – buckwheat lambada

You will need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • Handfull of spinach
  • a splash of water
  • Sprouted buckwheat and berry mix GRIKIŲ LAMBADA

How to make:
Blend all the ingredients, pour water and that is it. Use buckwheat and berry mix according to your taste. Recommended amount per portion is a quarter of a bag.
